INK FOR UV FLEXOGRAPHY

PRESENTATION

Flexographic ink with low viscosity, high gloss and fast curing. High resistance to light, flexibility, fluidity and coverage. It has high pigmentation, low odor and excellent stability.

APPLICATION

UV-drying flexographic ink for printing on various types of paper with and without Top Coat, and plastic films with corona or Top Coat treatment.

Does not contain:

Organic solvents;

In the year pesados;

Isopropylthioxanthone (ITX);

GENERIC CHARACTERISTICS

Appearance: Low viscosity colored paint with characteristic odor.

BASIC CARE

o Weak, dirty or out of focus bulbs will certainly cause poor curing.

o Surface contamination and/or poor treatments can cause lack of adhesion.

HANDLING

Careful. This product contains acrylic monomers and oligomers. It is therefore irritating to the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Handle using protective gloves and safety glasses in a well-ventilated place. If there is contact with the skin, wash with soap and water, avoiding the use of solvents. In case of contact with eyes, wash with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and then seek medical advice, taking this literature and the MSDS with you.

ADDITIONS

Whenever possible they should be avoided.

However, if necessary, Ddgraf has a complete line of additives.

ADUV Diluent (use 3 to 5%)

Used to decrease viscosity.

ADUV Photoinitiator (use 3 to 5%)

Used to speed up the drying of colored paints.

ADUV Leveling (use 1 to 2%)

Used to level colored paints.

DISPOSAL

All waste must be packed in appropriate packaging and sent to incineration or other destination permitted by current environmental legislation.

PACKAGING

Drum weighing 5kg or 7kg for White.

EXPIRY DATE/STORAGE

Twelve months from the date of manufacture, as long as they are stored in a dry and cool place (<25ºC), protected from light and heat.
