Solvent-based flexographic ink
Presentation:
Solvent-based flexographic ink, developed for high performance in high-speed printing processes. This low-viscosity product provides a high-gloss finish, fast curing, and excellent adhesion to non-porous plastic films. With high lightfastness, superior flexibility, and intense coverage, it offers exceptional stability under harsh printing and post-processing conditions.
Application:
Plastic Films: Excellent for printing on non-porous films such as BOPP, PET, PE, PP, and PVDC, without the need for prior surface treatment in many applications. The ink adheres securely to plastic surfaces, providing vibrant colors, high definition of fine details, and complex graphics with ink stability throughout the process.
Suitable for printing on laminated films and substrates with corona or top coat treatment. The formulation's solvent system promotes efficient chemical anchoring on non-porous surfaces, ensuring durability, fade resistance, and visual integrity even after lamination, cutting, and packaging processes.

Generic Characteristics:
The ink is a colored liquid with low viscosity and a characteristic organic solvent odor. It is recommended for use in environments with adequate ventilation and exhaust systems, in accordance with current safety regulations.
Basic Care:
To avoid poor curing and adhesion problems, it is essential to use equipment in good condition and with proper temperature regulation in the drying chambers. Adhesion can be affected by surface contamination, insufficient corona treatment, or inadequate surface tension of the substrate.
Handling:
Caution. This product contains organic solvents, acrylic monomers and oligomers. It is irritating to skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Handle only with chemical protective gloves, safety glasses and in a well-ventilated and exhausted area. In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water, avoiding the use of more solvent. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical advice immediately, taking this literature and the SDS with you.
Dispose of:
All waste must be packaged appropriately and sent for incineration or other disposal permitted by current environmental legislation. Do not dispose of in sewers, bodies of water, or soil.
Shelf Life/Storage: Twelve months from the date of manufacture, provided they are stored in a dry and cool place (< 25°C), protected from light, heat and sources of ignition. Keep packaging tightly closed at all times.
