UV Flexographic Ink
PRESENTATION
Low viscosity, high gloss, fast-curing flexographic ink. High lightfastness, flexibility, fluidity, and coverage. Features high pigmentation, low odor, and excellent stability.
APPLICATION
UV-cured flexographic ink for printing on various types of paper with and without top coat, and plastic films with corona or top coat treatment.

GENERIC CHARACTERISTICS
Appearance: Low-viscosity colored ink with a characteristic odor.
BASIC CARE
Weak, dirty, or blurry lamps will certainly cause poor healing.
Surface contamination and/or poor treatments can cause lack of adhesion.
HANDLING
Caution. This product contains acrylic monomers and oligomers. It is therefore irritating to the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Handle using protective gloves and safety glasses in a well-ventilated area. In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water, avoiding the use of solvents. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and then seek medical advice, taking this literature and the SDS with you.
ADDITIVES
- They should be avoided whenever possible.
- However, if necessary, Ddgraf has a complete line of additives.
- ADUV Diluent (use 3 to 5%)
- Used to reduce viscosity.
- ADUV Photoinitiator (use 3 to 5%)
- Used to speed up the drying of colored inks.
- ADUV Leveling Agent (use 1 to 2%)
- Used to even out colored paints.
DISCARD
All waste must be packaged appropriately and sent for incineration or other disposal permitted by current environmental legislation.
PACKAGING
A 5kg or 7kg container for the white wine.
EXPIRY DATE/STORAGE
Twelve months from the date of manufacture, provided they are stored in a dry and cool place (<25º), protected from light and heat.

DDGRAF Hybrid Flex
Hybrid UV-LED Flexographic Ink
Our HybridFlex line was developed with specially selected raw materials that meet the wavelength requirements of both UV LED lamps and conventional UV lamps, thus being hybrid to both UV curing systems.
These inks offer excellent printing results, in addition to economic and ecological benefits. They can be used in modular or central drum flexographic printing presses with UV LED or conventional UV curing.
Application on various substrates:
- Adhesive Labels;
- Sleeve (Heat-Shrink Films);
- Tags;
- Cards;
- Among many others.
The HybridFlex DDGRAF line offers inks and varnishes. The inks are available in Scale Colors (CMYK), Bases and Pantone Colors, Spot Colors, and Whites (Sleeve, Opaque, and Clear).
The varnishes are available in Gloss, Matte, Adhesive, and High Chemical Resistance options.

DDGRAF Print Flex
Water-based flexographic ink
Presentation:
Water-based flexographic ink, designed with a focus on high performance and sustainability. This low-viscosity product provides a high-gloss finish and fast curing, ensuring vibrant and long-lasting prints. With high lightfastness and excellent flexibility, our ink offers superior fluidity and coverage, as well as intense pigmentation with low odor and exceptional stability.
Application:
Paper: Excellent for printing on a wide variety of papers, including papers with and without top coat treatment. The ink adheres well to porous surfaces, providing vibrant colors and high-quality printing that highlights fine details and intricate graphics.
Suitable for printing on plastic films that have undergone corona treatment or have a top coat layer. Corona treatment improves ink adhesion to non-porous surfaces, ensuring durability and resistance to fading.
