Water-based flexographic ink
Presentation:
Water-based flexographic ink, designed with a focus on high performance and sustainability. This low-viscosity product provides a high-gloss finish and fast curing, ensuring vibrant and long-lasting prints. With high lightfastness and excellent flexibility, our ink offers superior fluidity and coverage, as well as intense pigmentation with low odor and exceptional stability.
Application:
Paper: Excellent for printing on a wide variety of papers, including papers with and without top coat treatment. The ink adheres well to porous surfaces, providing vibrant colors and high-quality printing that highlights fine details and intricate graphics.
Suitable for printing on plastic films that have undergone corona treatment or have a top coat layer. Corona treatment improves ink adhesion to non-porous surfaces, ensuring durability and resistance to fading.

Generic Characteristics:
The ink is a colored liquid with low viscosity and a characteristic odor that does not interfere with the quality of the work environment.
Basic Care:
To avoid inadequate healing, it is essential to use equipment in good condition.
Adhesion can be affected by contamination or inadequate surface treatments.
Handling:
Caution. This product contains acrylic monomers and oligomers. It is therefore irritating to the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Handle using protective gloves and safety glasses in a well-ventilated area. In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water, avoiding the use of solvents. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and then seek medical advice, taking this literature and the SDS with you.
Dispose of:
All waste must be packaged appropriately and sent for incineration or other disposal permitted by current environmental legislation.
Packaging:
A 5kg or 7kg container for the white wine.
Shelf life/Storage: Twelve months from the date of manufacture, provided they are stored in a dry and cool place (<25º), protected from light and heat.
